1. Who sells

2. The product
“Inside WWII Bombers” is a 280-page guide in PDF format, to download. Nothing is shipped. A phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader is all you need to read it.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page. The total you pay, including VAT or sales tax where due, is shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order. If the page shows a launch price with a countdown, that price applies until the countdown ends; after that the full price shown next to it applies.
Payment is handled by Stripe (Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails you the receipt.
4. Delivery
Right after payment the download page opens and you get an email with your personal link, valid for one year. If the link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, write to us and we'll send it again.
5. Right of withdrawal
The guide is digital content supplied without a physical medium. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery starts with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m), and the national laws that implement it). We ask for that consent at checkout, before you pay, and confirm it in the order email.
6. Our guarantee
Whatever the above says, if the guide hasn't helped you within 7 days of buying it, email jol.business.projects@proton.me and we refund the full amount, no questions asked. With the refund, the download link stops working.
7. Personal use
The guide is for your personal use. Its text and images are protected by copyright: you may not resell, share or publish it, in whole or in part. Every downloaded copy carries the buyer's email address at the foot of its pages.
8. Help and complaints
For any problem, email jol.business.projects@proton.me. We usually answer within two working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee that digital content matches what was described.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts there.
